Body fat is so annoying. It just sits there idly all day, bludging off our bodies. Just like a beneficiary, it drains the system and adds nothing off value. We need to eradicate this pheasant like substance - here are a few tips to get on top of the situation at hand.

Start getting up earlier in the morning and do your workouts then.
When you get up and work out first thing, your body doesn't have any fuel because you have been sleeping for 4 hours if you are me. Or how ever many hours you like to waste sleeping. This causes your body to draw up some fuel to work out from somewhere else. This is when your body puts that bludging body fat to use. It uses the fat to power your workout, therefore burning it.
